The photo you shared really reminds me of the animation work you're doing around the Korean war, those faces and the women - looks really similar, not sure if you noticed! Perhaps that could have been part of the thread of emotion....
That's an amazing Oscars experience -- thank you for sharing! Many of the winners this year were encouraging to see. Thanks also for the Banshees recommendation. Haven't watched it yet but might have to check it out based on this description.
