Love this - always giving me inspo on what to do next...if only I wasn't so tired (lazy) after getting home from work! I've been sitting on drawings for my next blogpost for so long, the BP is all written just need the visuals! I think the idea of jumping straight into doing it digitally is daunting for me - I have the visual concepts in my head, just don't know how to get it out visually yet!

If you dread jumping straight into digital, why not just doodle on paper and take a photo of that (you don't even need to scan)? I do that a lot; I think it also feels more intimate, like you're peeking over a shoulder versus seeing something through a screen. Try stream of consciousness sketching while you're in transit, or during downtime, watching a film, without a specific goal, just to get loose...anything to get the pressure off. You might be surprised at what comes of it.

Thanks Coleen - yes I'll have to try that, I have a lot of commuting to and from work. Really need to get into sketching on the metro!
